Dr. PATRICK DUFFY

Dr. Patrick Duffy has 30 years’ experience leading across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, with a particular focus on culture, heritage, NGOs, and public administration. He now specializes in writing, consulting, and researching organizational science. His work centers on making organizations function by design rather than accident—through clearer operating models, workforce capability, governance, and evidence-based diagnosis. Patrick is known for bringing calm, structure, and momentum in complex environments, often through short-term leadership and focused transformation engagements. His research and practice explore how leadership, structure, capability, and culture interact—and how institutions can measure and improve what actually drives performance and trust.
